The Fireball District serves the communities in Doral, Miami Springs, Miami Lakes, Carol City, and Hialeah, and has a long tradition of building youth programs in the Miami area. Finances and Fundraising

Fireball's fundraising efforts through the Friends of Scouting (FOS) is currently underway. Please contact me if you would like to contribute for 2008. We are asking for donations at any level to continue funding for the rebuilding of Camp Seminole and Camp Sawyer. Both corporate and family donations are needed to meet Fireball's target to provide quality programs for our Scouts in the South Florida Council. It is an investment towards the future of our youth, and worthy of everyone's support.

Sept. 26th - Order of the Arrow Fall Ordeal (Are your boys ready?)

Sept. 27th- BSA Adult Leadership training (i.e. New Leader Essentials, Role Specific, Youth Protection) to be held at the Tatham Scout Service Center 8:00am.

Oct. 4th - Cubscout First Nighter

Oct. 6th - Fireball Roundtable

Oct. 11th - University of Scouting

Oct. 20th - District Committee and Commissioner Staff Meeting.

Oct. 25th - Haunted Forest, hosted by the Order of the Arrow

Oct. 29th- Scoutmaster Training, must attend all three dates for certification: Oct 29th or Oct 30th (TBA), Nov. 1st, Nov. 14th-16th

Nov. 3rd - Fireball Roundtable

Nov. 7th-9th- Webelos Outdoor Leader Training (WOLT), location TBA
